Research purchase terms

2 November 2026. These apply when you pay to unlock a Research report in VLT Gold, together with the Terms of Service and the Beta Terms.

  1. 1. Who sells. Valantai Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17283056. Registered office: Apartment 1102, Kitemaker House, 3 New Acres Lane, London SW18 1WB. Email: hello@valantai.com.
  2. 2. What you buy. One AI-written research report, in beta, unlocked in your VLT Gold account. The full report (US$20) unlocks every section, the claims held for review and the list of sources. The full report with up to 5 changes (US$30) also lets you ask for up to 5 sections to be rewritten and checked again. If you bought the full report, you can add up to 5 changes later for US$10. The first report for each raise is a free preview: you can read its first two sections before you decide. Every later report is paid for before it is written.
  3. 3. Your reports. Your reports are not shared with any other user.
  4. 4. Price. Prices are in US dollars and are the full amount you pay. No VAT is charged, because Valantai Ltd is not registered for VAT. Your bank may charge a fee to convert currency.
  5. 5. Payment. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own payment page. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store them.
  6. 6. Receipt and invoice. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice to the address used at payment.
  7. 7. Delivery. The report, or the changes, are unlocked in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. This is usually immediate. A report paid for before it is written is written straight away and takes several minutes.
  8. 8. Cancellation. The report is digital content that we supply immediately at your request. When you tick the box before paying, you ask for it now and confirm that you understand that once it is unlocked you lose the right to cancel. So any right to cancel you have ends once the report, or the changes, are unlocked. This does not affect your rights if the report does not unlock, or is faulty or not as described.
  9. 9. Reports that do not unlock, are faulty or not as described. If the report does not unlock, or is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a new report or a refund. The same applies to changes you paid for: you are entitled to have them made again or a refund. Email hello@valantai.com. Please tell us within 14 days so we can fix it quickly. This is a request, not a condition, and it does not limit your legal rights.
  10. 10. What the report is. The report is written by AI and checked by a second AI. It is beta research and it is not advice. It can be wrong or incomplete, so check its sources before you rely on any claim. The Terms of Service and the Beta Terms apply to your use of it, and our liability is as set out in clause A10 of the Terms of Service.
  11. 11. Unused changes. Changes you have paid for do not expire while your account is open. They have no cash value and cannot be moved to another report.
