VLT Gold Beta Terms

Version beta-v2.1. These apply with the Terms of Service while VLT Gold is in beta.

• VLT Gold is in beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or produce incomplete or wrong results.
• It is software that helps you prepare a raise. It is not advice, and Valantai does not arrange deals.
• Check anything it produces before you rely on it or share it.
• You are responsible for what you upload and for what you send to investors.

1. 1. These terms. These Beta Terms apply in addition to the VLT Gold Terms of Service while VLT Gold is in beta. Where they conflict with the Terms of Service, these Beta Terms apply, but only to the matters they cover. Liability is dealt with only in clause A10 of the Terms of Service. The four points shown above these clauses, and the warnings VLT Gold shows when you generate, view, export or share something, form part of these terms.
2. 2. A beta service. VLT Gold is a beta. It may contain errors, gaps and faults and may be unavailable at times. We may change, limit or remove individual features without notice while it is in beta.
3. 3. Outputs in the beta. Clause A5 of the Terms of Service applies with particular force: scores, matches, readiness figures, generated documents and AI answers are early versions and must be checked before you rely on them or share them.
4. 4. Ending the beta. We will give at least 14 days' notice before ending the beta or your access to it, except where an urgent security or legal reason makes notice impractical. Clause A12.3 of the Terms of Service (exporting your material) applies.
5. 5. Changes. If we change these Beta Terms materially, we will ask you to accept the new version before you carry on. If you do not accept, your access ends and clause A12.3 of the Terms of Service applies.
